Apparently the following advert attracted 774 complaints as it was "offensive, frightening and distressing. The largest group of complaints related to the poster ads and the effect they could have on children."
The complaints were upheld.
Hello ? Isn't that the frickin' point ? We want smokers to stop and children not to start. Loons. Maybe those people would be happier with a fluffy bunny telling us smoking is bad so you shouldn't do it. 'Cause that'll totally work.

what sort of smoking area is that, he doesnt work at a docks....or at a steel factory...
..oh and agree the point is that it should put you off...though the bit were he looks cold is far more effective than the hook in my opinion....
Ugh! Don't get me started on this age of 'lowest common denominator' mentality.
People (in the general sense) are idiots, sheep/followers and short sighted.
I'm sure the same people that complained are the ones who have no problem watching a TV coroner/M.E. cut open a TV cadaver and lift out a TV organ or two, dripping in effluvia. How do 'the children' feel about THAT I wonder?
