Apparently the following advert attracted 774 complaints as it was "offensive, frightening and distressing. The largest group of complaints related to the poster ads and the effect they could have on children."

The complaints were upheld.

Hello ? Isn't that the frickin' point ? We want smokers to stop and children not to start. Loons. Maybe those people would be happier with a fluffy bunny telling us smoking is bad so you shouldn't do it. 'Cause that'll totally work.
